Amelia Guevara
Hello, my name is Amelia Guevara and I’m a certified personal trainer through NCSF. I also teach Pop Pilates®.
Exercising was not always a passion of mine. I grew up fat (yes, fat, I promise it’s not a scary word) my entire life, and I didn’t know where to begin when it came to fitness until high school. This is when I met someone who taught me to love working out. Of course, I had my ups and downs the years to come, but those memories of how good activity and exercise made me feel, stuck with me. That’s when I started doing it for my own well-being, and that’s what I’d like to remind you to do as well when you hire me as your trainer.

Matt Melice
EDUCATION BACKGROUND: Masters in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, with a Minor in Sports Medicine.
CERTIFICATIONS: NETA Group Exercise Instructor, Red Cross CPR/AED/FA Certified. Currently studying to become NSCA Certified Strength & conditioning Specialist.
Ever since I started playing sports at 5 years old, fitness has been an integral part of my life, all thanks to the motivation from family and coaches. I want to be that same motivation for others, and help form a lifelong habit. I love to help others reach their full potential, being that voice that says “I can do one more”. I believe that building a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to.
