Beth has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 1986. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master's Degree in Recreation Management.
She also has experience with pregnancy, infant, deep tissue, and relaxation massage.
She has worked for fourteen years as a Recreational Therapist in the mental health field, specializing in stress management and helping clients lead healthy leisure lifestyles. She has over 30 years of experience as a Health and Wellness coordinator. She offers relaxation, deep tissue, pre-natal, and massage for special conditions such as neck and shoulder pain and tension, back pain, stress and anxiety, fibromyalgia, and more.
Beth's expertise is being able to individually design a massage based on her client's needs.
Kathleen DeLeone, Massage Therapist
Kathleen has been a Massage Therapist for 16 years. Employed by LifeCenter Plus for 15 years, she loves helping people feel better.
Her standard massages consist of a combination between swedish, sports and trigger point massage. She also works at a local pharmacy as pharmacy technician.
Kathleen has been married for 10 years and has three "awesome" dogs.
Susan Sayler, Licensed Massage Therapist
Susan graduated from Ohio College of Massotherapy in 2015.
She loves providing massages to clients and cares for each of her client's wellbeing.
Typically taking a Swedish massage approach, incorporating Deep Tissue and Sports Massage into sessions, Susan believes that "when you listen to your body and give it the care and attention it deserves, you will notice not only a physical change, but a mental one as well".
Thea Arnold, Licensed Massage Therapist
Thea has been a licensed massage therapist for six years, graduating from National Institute of Massotherapy in 2013. She also holds an associate degree in Allied Health from Carl Albert State College in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
She has enjoyed working with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds, including CrossFit athletes, runners, and golf enthusiasts. Thea specializes in therapeutic massages using varied modalities to achieve the best results, including Swedish (relaxation), trigger point, deep tissue, cupping therapy, and facial massage.
She enjoys hiking, biking, reading, and most things outside.
Thea’s philosophy is to help clients to succeed at their goals, whether that is to relax, prevent injury, or get back to doing what they love as quickly as possible.
