In each Mat and Reformer session, you’ll experience a full-body workout that will strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and improve your posture. See times below for new cardio Pilates on the Reformer with new jump boards.

Introduction to Pilates Principles
This class is an invaluable tool, whether you’re interested in mat or Reformer Pilates. You’ll learn the theory and concepts underlying the Pilates routine and pay special attention to proper form and precise movements. This class is a prerequisite for any other Pilates classes.

Learn movements based on the Pilates method of mat work in a safe, effective way. The focus of the exercises is to strengthen the core muscles for support and better posture for everyday activities.

You get the best of mat Pilates and the best of Yoga in this class fusing Pilates and Yoga principles. Strengthen your mind and body, and re-energize with this fun blend of exercise.
Pilates, Wine and Books
Discover a new blend of mind, body and spirit, incorporating three of your favorite things … Pilates, wine and books! We’ll begin with an all-levels, classically led Pilates mat class. Then we’ll discuss our book selection while enjoying wine and light refreshments.
