Pre-surgery Exercise Program

(12 years and older)
If you’re scheduled for an upcoming surgery or know a surgery is in your near future, we can help you prepare for it. Specially designed exercises performed before a surgery can help decrease your post-operative recovery time. The program consists of an evaluation and program design session, adjustments and a follow-up session to assess your progress. Each surgery specific exercise program will be fully reviewed and demonstrated. Register for one of our FREE informational meetings.

Whether you’re concerned about the dress or the tux, we can help you look your best on the biggest day of your life! You’ll meet with a trainer for 30 minutes twice a week for six weeks focusing on your individualized plan. You set your goals, and we’ll help you reach them. A fitness assessment is included in the program.

Hot for the HolidaysSmall-Group Training

What’s your fitness goal for the holidays? If you shaped up during the “Spring Body Blast” and “Sunsational Summer Workout,” why not keep going and look sensational this holiday season? Sessions include an initial evaluation to give you a clear starting point and a re-evaluation at the end. Small-group training is a great way to try personal training and get great results.

The Benefits of Personal Training

Learn about the benefits of personal training in different formats such as private (one-on-one), semi-private (2 participants) and small group. We’ll be drawing prizes at the end of the session such as a free half-hour training session with the trainer of your choice and others.

Sports-Specific Assessment

(12 and older)
This assessment is designed to help prepare athletes to reach their peak performance. The protocol tests strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, body composition and flexibility. Once the assessment is completed, our certified strength and conditioning specialist and trainers will be able to plan and execute training strategies that will maximize your athletic potential.

$35 for members, $45 for nonmembers
 

Triathlon Group Training

Are you interested in testing your limits of strength and endurance in a triathlon? Weekly training sessions will help you train for local races or your own goal. You’ll receive customized training plans, discounted entry fee to listed races, access to LCP training groups and a complimentary LCP Multisport Team t-shirt. Sessions include swim training, video analysis of swim and run technique, sport-specific strength training, bike fitting and triathlon equipment choices and maintenance.

LCP Cycling and Running Groups

Interested in biking, running, meeting new people and getting in shape? Cyclists can join us Saturdays at 8 a.m. beginning Sept. 8 for group rides. We’ll have different groups for various ability levels. For runners, the LCP Adventure Running Club meets the last Saturday of each month. Runs will include trails, progressive and destination runs, and point-to-point courses.

LCP now offers personalized, online coaching through the industry leading Training Peaks™ program. It’s ideal for anyone interested in running, biking or triathlon races. In addition to working with a USA triathlon-certified coach, we provide detailed daily plans and a comprehensive, season-long program designed to maximize your potential. The coach will meet with you to assess your goals and fitness level, then monitor your training with cutting-edge metrics such as Total Training Stress (TTS) and Intensity Factor (IF). The Online Personal Coach program also includes a discounted rate on personal training sessions if you want to meet with a coach to fine tune your program.

$80 per month, members; $120 per month, nonmembers.
