Amelia Guevara

Hello, my name is Amelia Guevara and I’m a certified personal trainer through NCSF. I also teach Pop Pilates®.

Exercising was not always a passion of mine. I grew up fat (yes, fat, I promise it’s not a scary word) my entire life, and I didn’t know where to begin when it came to fitness until high school. This is when I met someone who taught me to love working out. Of course, I had my ups and downs the years to come, but those memories of how good activity and exercise made me feel, stuck with me. That’s when I started doing it for my own well-being, and that’s what I’d like to remind you to do as well when you hire me as your trainer.

Joshua Strunk

My name is Josh Strunk. I studied psychology at Kent State University, then I took time to travel to over 12 countries and I most recently worked for a government affairs corporation. From playing in sports growing up, to helping friends in college with their workouts, nutrition and overall wellness, fitness has always been a passion of mine. While working in the corporate environment I realized I missed the fitness lifestyle and knew then that it was my true calling. So, I immediately started studying and became a certified personal trainer. I am an avid snowboarder, I love to travel and go camping, but most of all I enjoy being able to help other people not just hit fitness goals, but also be able to develop a healthy lifestyle and have fun doing it. To me, fitness is not a strict diet or destroying yourself every time you work out. Fitness is taking one step at a time to develop healthy habits and still enjoying treats and relaxing days. It’s all about moderation. I’m thrilled to be a member of the LifeCenter Plus team and I’m looking forward to helping you on your wellness journey!
