Personal training entails private, one-on-one, semi-private (two people) or small-group workouts with a certified trainer who has the expertise, education and diagnostic know-how to design and implement a unique program especially for you. Your trainer will design your workout with the information gathered from your health and fitness history form, and your personal goals. If needed, we’ll incorporate input from a medical professional.

Personal training sessions must be used within six months and are non-refundable. We do not provide credit or extensions of time on unused sessions.
