Amanda Boswell

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  B.S. in Exercise Science from Miami University and a M.S. in Sport's Psychology from Capella University.

CERTIFICATIONS:  ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Instructor, NETA kettlebell certified
American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, Red Cross CPR/AED/FA Certified.

Amanda believes that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all work together for the success of the individual and all need to be considered for overall health improvement. One of the most important things as a trainer is helping someone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate exercise into daily life. Amanda believes that making each routine functional for clients is key and will help them remain successful in the future, no matter what their goals are.

 Natalie Gucciardo

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Associate Degree of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistance from Stark State College.

CERTIFICATIONS: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, American Heart Association CPR and AED Certified. Natalie is also working to become a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Natalie specializes in effective prevention and treatment of running injuries, running gait analysis, vestibular and balance problems, rehabilitative services for teenagers, adults and geriatric patients after injury or surgery and sports conditioning. 

Danielle Justiniano

EDUCATION BACKGROUND: Ohio University Alumna with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Business and Communication.

CERTIFICATIONS: CPR, First Aid and AED, Professional Leadership, Safe Zone Training. Currently completing the ACE Personal Training exam.

I am a recent Ohio University Graduate eager to contribute more to the health and fitness industry. With my strong passion and desire to help others live an active lifestyle and find the importance in taking care of their health and wellness overall, I am more motivated and determined than ever to work with my clients and go above and beyond to reach their fitness goals!

Matt Melice

EDUCATION BACKGROUND: Masters in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, with a Minor in Sports Medicine.

CERTIFICATIONS: NETA Group Exercise Instructor, Red Cross CPR/AED/FA Certified. Currently studying to become NSCA Certified Strength & conditioning Specialist.

Ever since I started playing sports at 5 years old, fitness has been an integral part of my life, all thanks to the motivation from family and coaches. I want to be that same motivation for others, and help form a lifelong habit. I love to help others reach their full potential, being that voice that says “I can do one more”. I believe that building a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to.

Kelsi Peggs

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Pursuing Bachelors in Exercise Science at Kent State University.

CERTIFICATIONS: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NETA Group Exercise Instructor, Beachbody Certified P90X Live Instructor, American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED for the Professional Rescuer

From teaching swim lessons to people ages 4-84 for four years, then teaching group exercise for two years, Kelsi has found her passion in helping, pushing, and motivating others towards their goals. She is a strong believer that anyone is capable of anything if they put their minds to it. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, it matters that you are starting.

Ben Stinard

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  B.S. in Exercise Science from Kent State University.  

CERTIFICATIONS:  ACSM Certified Personal Trainer & Certified American Red Cross CPR/AED/FA.

Ben’s passion for fitness began when he was a young boy, participating in soccer, basketball and football in high school. Ben believes everyone has the potential to improve on all aspects of life, especially in the area of health and fitness.

While attending Kent State University, Ben acquired extensive information regarding special populations and sports performance & conditioning. This has inspired him to share his knowledge with others. Ben concentrates on developing and enhancing all individuals’ form and technique through detailed and direct instructions. This will promote each individual to reach and exceed his or her goals.

As a three-time National Qualifier in National Physique Committee – Men’s Physique, Ben looks forward to sharing and expanding his knowledge in the area of physique transformations.

Brittany Stout 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  Masters of Occupational Therapy and is a licensed Occupational Therapist.

CERTIFICATIONS:  Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine.

Beyond helping our members reach their health and fitness goals, Brittany also specializes in post rehab, injury prevention and weight loss.

Outside our walls, she is currently training for a figure competition and loves staying active with her Australian Cattle Dog Cinch

Rom Vinhaes

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor Degree in Science from Kent State University. Physical Education teaching license Catholic University of Brasilia.

CERTIFICATIONS: American Council on Exercise/ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Clinical Exercise Specialist.

Rom’s areas of interest include weight management, functional training, sports conditioning and special populations (older adults, cardiovascular and orthopedic conditions, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc). He is a strong advocate for self-health and wellness. Rom believes that there must be a balance between exercise and nutrition in wellness programs in order to combat health risks. He believes that creating a healthier body takes a commitment to making lifestyle adjustments. Rom’s goal is to help clients make that adjustment successfully.

William Weekley

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bill has been a Chiropractor since 1976, is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Bill believes that when people, like cars, are pushed to their limit regularly they will eventually breakdown.  But, if you've just has a knee replaced and you'd like to continue rehab, you'd like your arms to look better in your sleeveless dress or you'd like to see a little more power in your golf swing, Bill can help!  His philosophy is that workouts should be fun and productive  He'll help show you what to do and more importantly, what not to do.

Anne White

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, Kent State University. Master of Science in Human Nutrition, Case Western Reserve University

CERTIFICATIONS: International Fitness Association, Group Exercise & Personal Training. American Red Cross CPR.

Whether in group exercise or in personal training, Anne's goal is to help you develop into a healthier, happier you. She trains with a focus on functional fitness for better flexibility, strength, endurance and agility. Training sessions are progressive in style.
