Personal Training is a private, one-on-one or group workout with a certified trainer who has the expertise, educational background and diagnostic know-how to design and implement a unique exercise program especially for you.
Because your workout program is as individual as you are, the trainer will design your workout around the information gathered from your Health and Fitness History form, the goals and interests you discuss and, if needed, input from a medical professional.

Personal training sessions must be used within six months and are non-refundable. We do not provide credit or extensions of time on unused sessions.
