Monthly schedules available under "class schedules" and outside the spinning room, based on these six Mad Dogg Spinning formats.

Endurance  •  Heart rate training range 12 – 15 RPE

Enjoy a comfortable intensity during which your breath won’t break. This class will help to increase your aerobic capacity, improve your fat metabolism, decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease and improve your body composition. Did you know that the new guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine recommend 60 minutes of medium-intensity cardiovascular exercise six times a week?

Strength  •  Heart rate training range 15 – 17 RPE
Increase your power and climbing ability in the hills. This energy zone builds your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular system.

Interval  •  Heart rate training range 15 – 17 RPE
Performed in the right amount, this technique can greatly enhance your fitness level, improve your strength and speed and increase your body’s ability to recover quickly after hard work.

All Terrain  •  Heart rate training range 15 – 19 RPE
Choose your own heart rate perameters as the instructor coaches the group through a fun ride of hills, flats, switchbacks and runs.

Race Day  •  Heart rate training range 16 – 19 RPE
This special event allows you to assess how your training in the other types of classes has paid off. Your breathing, tolerance and intensity will be challenged throughout the ride, so you must have a strong aerobic base and be 100% mentally and physically prepared to attend.

90-minute Aerobic Base Building • Heart rate training range 12–19 RPE
Take your aerobic training to the next level with this longer, smarter (not harder), 90-minute class. Use a combination of seated and standing moves through a smooth, steady, energy-boosting ride.
