School’s out so let's have fun at LCP! We'll have lots of group games as well as free swim time. Each participant should bring a bathing suit, towel, snack, and tennis shoes.

Crossing the Delaware
(Ages 7-12 years, minimum 5 participants)
On Christmas Day, 1776, George Washington changed the course of history. We'll celebrate our country's first president by crossing the pool (or imaginary Delaware river!) in a handmade cardboard boat. This challenging yet fun night will surely honor our first president.
Juice and cupcakes will be provided.

Red Cross Babysitter Training
Limit 20 participants
Recommended age 11 - 15 years
This class will provide youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid.
Student must attend all classes.

Red Cross Swim Lessons Winter 2
Starts the week of February 24.
Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers
Minimum age 12 years old, 5 hours of total class time.
As a public safety professional or healthcare provider, it is your duty to respond to cardiac or breathing emergencies until more advanced medical personnel can take over. From assessing needs and making decisions to providing care, this professional-level certification program teaches the basic life support skills required for your job through discussion, video and hands-on training based on real-life rescue scenarios. Course covers adults, children and infants and includes free online refreshers.
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive a 2 year CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers digital certificate.

Come enjoy an evening of education, exercise and entertainment at LifeCenter
Plus! Learn about the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and register for their 2015
events. Participate in a variety of group exercise classes, climb the rock wall or
enjoy the indoor pool. Food, beverages and entertainment will be provided. This
event is free to the public.
Teams of up to 8 people can register to help raise awareness about Cystic Fibrosis while alo getting a great workout in. Teams can include anyone, LCP members, nonmembers, even LCP trainers and instructors! There will also be info about the other events the CFF sponsors which teams are encouraged to check out!
Teams can compete against each other and prizes will be awarded for:
* Most money raised for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
* Create the raffle basket that earns the most tickets
* Most spirited team

20-minute swim, 20-minute bike, 20-minute run
Sunday, March 22nd 2015 at 9am
Whether you are a veteran triathlete or this is your first event you can feel the thrill or just have fun with LifeCenter Plus and Team ER as they present the 3rd annual LCP indoor triathlon. The race is open to both adults and children alike (13 and older please). Give yourself a personal challenge or compete against other local triathletes.
The race will consist of a 20-minute swim, 20-minute bike, and 20-minute run. The venues for each event are as follows: Swim - Pool, Bike - spin room on spin bikes, Run - track. Places will be determined by cumulative distance covered over each leg.
Awards will be given to the top three overall finishers along with the top 3 finishers in each age group. Door prize will also be given during the event. Please look for an email from the race director a few days prior to the race with wave and start info. If you do not receive an email, contact the race director at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are limiting the event to 72 spots this year so sign up early to avoid missing out. Registration closes 3/15/15.
