Group Land Exercise
Join a group exercise class at LifeCenter Plus! Our group exercise department offers a variety of classes from toning to low-impact aerobics to kickboxing, that will challenge everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. Pick the class that best meets your needs.
AEROBIC CLASSROOM RULES:
- No one may enter a class more than 10 minutes after class has begun. Warm ups are important.
- It is advised by management that each class member remain in class until the end. Cool downs are important.
- Please read aerobic schedule and take the class that is appropriate for your fitness level. If you have any questions please see an instructor.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class, as some people are allergic to them.
- Proper shoes should be worn during aerobic classes.
- Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice.

Amazing Abs
You’ll focus on your core in this 30-minute workout. You will strengthen your abs and trim them down to a healthy middle.
Wednesdays, 10:00–10:30 a.m.
Boot Camp
This class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Experience circuits, drills, intervals, teamwork, camaraderie and the confidence you gain when you challenge yourself to reach your goals. Class meets outdoors weather permitting.

Core Circuit
Combination class of strength and cardio training to get the best of both worlds. No special skills needed, just a desire to work hard.
Core Strength
Strengthen your abs, back, glutes, and hips in this 30-minute class.
Tuesdays, 10:15–10:45 a.m.
Fun Fusion Workout
Performed to a motivating mix of music, this 60-minute routine includes stretching, ballet-based routines emphasizing balance and cardio work, 20 minutes of abs, Pilates and yoga relaxation. Wear loose clothing; ballet slippers or bare feet acceptable.

Thursdays, 5:45–6:45 p.m.
Golden Shapers
Strength-training designed to help prevent bone and muscle loss allowing you to perform everyday tasks with ease. Balance, posture and light cardio exercise round out this class.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Noon–12:45 p.m.
Hi/Lo Combo
This high-energy cardio, fat-burning workout combines the best of Hi/Lo and offers easy-to-follow exercise combinations.
Mondays, 5:30–6:30 p.m.
High Intensity BOSU
This advanced class incorporates interval training—the most effective way to burn calories and build endurance—with the BOSU balance trainer and various equipment.
Mondays, 9:45–10:45 a.m.
Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 p.m.
Kickboxing Combo
Intense, high-energy format: kickboxing, intervals, boot camp-style drills and core strengthening for a total body blasting experience.
Tuesdays, 9:15–10:15 a.m.
Saturdays, 8–9 a.m.
Low-impact Workout
A fun class using low-impact moves to get your heart rate up and tone muscles.

Power Pump
During this 50- to 60-minute, strength conditioning class you’ll use barbells, hand-held weights and benches, focusing on working all major muscle groups safely and effectively.

Power Step
You’ll use powerful step and energetic floor moves that burn fat, challenge your strength and endurance, and boost energy.

Powerful Step
Learn muscle-building combinations, then add some groove to them. When you least expect it, we turn up the pace and take our heart rates to the max.
Saturdays, 9:15–10:15 a.m.
Senior Balance
Increase your balance, coordination, functional strength, and range of motion. Most exercises done in a chair. Resistance equipment is used.
Conference Room A
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10–10:45 a.m.
Step it Up
Advanced step using interesting choreography to make the time fly by.
Mondays, 7–8 p.m.
Stretch
Stay limber and offset age-related stiffness, and optimize functional movement in daily life. Flexibility training for the major muscle groups is recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine two to three times per week.
Mind/Body/Soul Studio
Tues. and Thur., 10:40–11:30 a.m.
Surf and Turf Cross Training
12-week session.
This high-intensity, simple-to-follow class improves overall fitness levels. Cross training is using two or more types of exercise in successive workouts to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom. Our instructors will encourage you to develop your full potential in these varied workouts. New members can join in anytime during the session.

Toning With Cardio Intervals
Challenge your endurance and strength as you achieve overall body toning through intervals of cardio that get your heart rate up. Fitness experts agree that interval training is a great way to stay in shape.

Totally Toned
A 45-minute, head-to-toe, nonstop toning class. We’ll hit all the major muscle groups.

Zumba
Join the Zumba fun! Dance your way to a fitter figure with this high-energy, low-impact workout using Latin rhythms.
