Try LifeCenter Plus’ most exciting exercise routine — ROCK CLIMBING! Even if you’ve never climbed before, our staff will teach you all the basics you’ll need for a challenging, safe, fun workout. THE WALL Our wall is 30 feet tall at its highest point. It looks and feels like rock and can accommodate two climbers at a time. Numerous routes are set for both beginning and advanced climbers. Rock Climbing: Climb With Us! • LifeCenter Plus provides helmets for free. We strongly recommend that every climber wears a helmet; helmets are mandatory for climbers 17 and younger. • Patrons wishing to climb must have a rock wall waiver completed prior to climbing. Individuals under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Waivers are good for one (1) year from date of completion. • Five- and six-year-olds must have a parent with them at the wall. Seven- to eleven-year-olds may climb without their parents for a maximum of 30 minutes ONLY if the parent signs the child in and out with the climbing instructor. • Climbing patrons must wear socks and tennis shoes, and proper workout attire. Jeans, dress clothes, Crocs, sandals, bare feet, and jewelry are prohibited. Supervised Climbing (5 years and older) Mondays and Tuesdays, 5:30–7:30 p.m. Saturdays, 10 a.m.–Noon Second and fourth Sundays of month, 2–5 p.m. Family Climbs (5 years and older) Bring the whole family out for an afternoon of fun and adventure on the wall. A climbing instructor will assist all family members. No registration is required. Second and fourth Sundays of month, 2–5 p.m. *Climb times are subject to change.
