It’s Back: Total Fitness and Balance Class
(ages 55 and older; minimum 5 participants, maximum 10)
Have you ever felt unsure about your balance? Do you have trouble getting up and down? Do you feel like you have lost strength in your legs, arms, or abdomen? Benefits will include training your muscles and nerves for improved balance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular health and weight loss. All exercises will either be done standing or in a chair, and will be taught by a nationally certified personal trainer.
$50 for Members

(16 and older)
Join us for supervised phys. ed. games … grown-up style! We’ll meet on the third Thursday of each month, 7–9 p.m. No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided. Come ready to play on the multipurpose floor.
