Individual memberships are available for anyone 18 years of age or older. LifeCenter Plus offers several membership programs based upon age and club usage.
Membership types include:
- Prime Time (full use of the club during all hours of operation)
- Basics Membership (age 18+, use of club 8-10 p.m. M-F & after 1 p.m. weekends
- Individual (25-59 years of age)
- Husband and Wife (25-59 years of age)
- Junior (18-24 years of age)
- Older Adult (60+ years of age)
- Non Prime Time (Use of club 11 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays, unlimited use on weekends)
- Corporate memberships (different plans are available for companies with 5 or more employees)
- Medical Membership

The Membership Sales office hours are as follows beginning June 1, 2012:
- Monday-Thursday 8:30am – 7pm
- Friday 8:30am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday 9:00am – 3:00 pm
- Sunday 11:00-4:00 pm - January and February only
