Fitness Assessment & Evaluation
A fitness assessment is a confidential and personalized meeting with a degreed and certified fitness specialist. In this one-hour session, we test the five components of physical fitness: body composition, aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. We also measure your height, weight and circumferences. The tests are mild and completed based on ability, and we’ll provide you with a printout of your actual body age compared to your chronological age. The process is crucial for you to be able to measure progress towards your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re a new member or a long-time member, an assessment is right for you!
